I have never seen such a happy picture of Prince Charles shown in Hullo of Nov 19th 1999.

It is his 50th birthday party and he is grinning with obvious delight.  This photo is a must to be painted in every form from abstract to impression (sorry about the ears) to realism.  The latter are on the drawing board.
